How it works

Two sides, one smart platform

Hunters post what they need. Agents match from their inventory. The platform handles everything in between.

HUNTER — STEP 1
Post your demand order
Fill in budget, preferred locations, property type, move-in date, and required amenities.
AGENT — STEP 1
Build your digital storefront
Upload available inventory, set matching parameters, and complete KYC verification.
HUNTER — STEP 2
Get matched automatically
Our smart engine notifies you when agents with matching properties respond to your order.
AGENT — STEP 2
Unlock leads with credits
Browse demand summaries free. Spend Agenté Credits to unlock full details and contact hunters.
HUNTER — STEP 3
You control who contacts you
Approve or decline agents. Your phone number stays masked until you give the green light.
AGENT — STEP 3
Track performance & close deals
Dashboard analytics show lead conversion, response metrics, and territory insights.
