A Floater is a promotion credit that temporarily pushes one of your listings higher among the freshest local results. An Opener is a lead-unlock credit that reveals the contact details of a hunter who posted a matching property request.
No. Floaters and Openers you buy in packs never expire. Only the floaters/openers included with a subscription expire when the plan ends — and those carry over only if you renew before expiry.
A Featured listing gets reserved priority placement, a Featured badge and larger cards within search results. A Homepage listing gets elite placement on the Agenté homepage itself — the highest visibility available. Homepage listings are included on Executive and Premium plans.
Yes. Starter shares with 1 agent, Manager with 2, Executive with 6 and Premium with 20. Use the Share Subscription button and your Agent Code. Sharing is automatically disabled when the plan expires or renews.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period so you keep what you paid for. Featured, Homepage and Banner purchases are non-refundable once they have started.
